Pressure and Temperature Rakes
Our Rakes are suitable for measuring hot gas flows at pressures of up to 70 bar and temperatures of up to 1720 °C. We configure them with total pressure and total temperature measurement ports according to your requirements. If required by the application, models with active cooling are also available. A traversing unit is available for capturing complete total pressure and temperature fields.
Emission Rakes
Our Emission Rakes are designed for extraction of combustion gases directly from the flame at temperatures up to 2000 °C and pressures up to 40 bar, with customizable sampling positions. Internal water cooling at 160 °C quenches combustion while preventing condensation.
Emission Valve Box
For the switching of exhaust gas sampling lines for emissions analysis, e.g. in combination with ENGO Emission Rakes. The Emissions Valve Boxes are internally temperature controlled and feature six gas input channels up to 60 bar which can be switched to one output channel. The control system executes programmable switching sequences across up to 6 Emissions Valve Boxes simultaneously.
Instrumentation Feedthroughs
Compact Instrumentation Feedthroughs for Pressure Vessels and Machinery. The design allows for the combination of various instrumentation diameters within a single feedthrough and is suitable for operating conditions up to 650 °C and 100 bar. Installation can be carried out with mounted thermocouple connectors.
Optic Probes
Enable optical monitoring of your combustion or hot gas process, in confined spaces.
The water-cooled probes withstand exposure to conditions up to 2000 °C and 100 bar. Available in various lengths and viewing angles, they can optionally be focused or moved remotely from the control room. Also available with IR or UV optics.
Ignition Systems
Our hydrogen torch igniters are available for high-pressure conditions of up to 50 bar. Thanks to their small custom-shaped tip, they can be integrated in confined spaces. The supplied control system executes a configurable ignition sequence and monitors whether the ignition has been successful.
