Engineering
We also offer our expertise from test rig design as an engineering service, whether for individual components or complex complete systems. We are happy to support you with complete projects, feasibility studies, design, simulations, field measurements, and safety concepts.
Our simulation expertise includes pressure vessel calculations according to AD 2000, thermo-mechanical analyses, fatigue assessments, CFD simulations, and heat transfer calculations.
Flow Checks
Our facility features state-of-the-art and flexible air flow check infrastructure. The system can be operated with an air differential pressure from 0 to 3 bar and air mass flow rates up to 60 g/s. In addition to a standard test report to document discharge coefficient Cd, flow coefficient Kv, or effective area, we can also provide comprehensive analyses of the results. We are also happy to design custom fixtures and seals for different configurations.
Instrumentation Application
Installing instrumentation on complex components is as much an art as it is a science. Our skilled technicians apply thermocouples, pressure lines, and other instrumentations using a wide range of measurement point designs and application techniques. We routinely perform high-precision installations, even on thin-walled or high-temperature components, ensuring reliability under the most demanding conditions.
